Custom shoe orders typically take 3 to 4 weeks to craft and ship. We will provide a timeline once your order details are confirmed.
Yes, we ship globally. Delivery timelines and shipping fees may vary depending on your location. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.
We offer a wide range of sizes for men, women, children, the elderly, and individuals with special footwear needs. Custom sizing is also available upon request.
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged shoes. Custom-made shoes may not be eligible unless there is a craftsmanship issue.
Our shoes are crafted from ethically sourced premium leather, suede, and other high-quality materials. We prioritize both durability and comfort.
We recommend using a soft brush for suede and a leather conditioner for leather shoes. Detailed care instructions are provided with each purchase and can be found on our Care Guide page.
